With an organization based in and focused solely on the North American market.
By having the company immediately accessible here in North America, it allows us to support consumers, retailers and distributors as no other import manufacturer has been able to do. No more figuring out what time it is there and when is the small window of time I can call. No more sending emails and waiting days for a cryptic response.
In addition, VERDE FLOORS is staffed by US-based people that have years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing and technical services right here in the North American wood flooring market. This allows us to design the products we know our market needs, respond quickly to changing market conditions and fully support it.

In addition to the sales, marketing and technical support we offer, we also have warehousing located in North America. These facilities permit us to inventory specific products here for immediate shipment, reducing the long lead times and amount of “safety stock” inventory that distributors typically must carry when working with offshore manufactured flooring products. Resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
